SALTY B*TCH KIMCHI SALT

Spice up your life (and your dinner) with this salty little number. Use instead of salt or seasoning on everything and anything from scrambled eggs to roast beef. Pimp your potatoes, and vamp up your veg.

We mix cabbage, onions, carrots, ginger, garlic and gochugaru in huge batches. After it has fermented to the perfect level of tanginess, we dehydrate it down and mix it with beautiful Cornish Sea Salt and a bit more gochugaru.

Use instead of salt on everything and anything. Adds a spicy, umami hit to your cheese toasties, panfried pigeon or your ramen.
