Passata and roasted peppers make a rich, smoky base, coupled with herbs and spices, and some sugar to add sweetness. Chipotle, habanero and a few Scorpion chillis to crank up the heat a little higher.

Amazing in a Bloody (or Virgin) Mary, great for flavour bombs on pizza, put a scrape across your toast before you put your cheese on top and whack it under the grill. Add some to scrambled or poached eggs. Throw some in your chili con carne, spice up your cottage pie, or just add some wherever you want a tasty kick. VEGAN
